Military-style poncho in blue colour. Commercial waterproof outer layer in used/good condition. Features snap fasteners down each side, allowing it to be worn as a poncho or secured into different configurations.

Metal grommets are fitted at the corners for additional attachment options. The lightweight design allows the poncho to be folded and packed away when not in use.
