USGI Extreme Cold Weather waterproof trousers in UCP camouflage. Features a waterproof outer shell, full-length side zips for easy on and off over other clothing, adjustable waist tabs, pass-through pocket access, and reinforced lower legs. Presented in used, very good condition.

Designed as part of the US Army Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS).
